Kuveyt Turk has a participative management understanding besides being a finance institution that places customer satisfaction as a major principle. ISO 9001, which was formerly called the Quality Assurance System, has been changed to the Quality Management System with modifications made in 2000. Kuveyt Turk also carries the title of the first organization to acquire the ISO 9001 certificate in Europe.
